R.A.W. Ambition: One team's mission to make L'Oréal more sustainable
What happens when one small team within a massive organization pushes the entire company to innovate? This is the story of how one team's "R.A.W. Ambition" is helping to drive a sustainable revolution at L'Oréal.L'Oréal's Biolage R.A.W. Nourish Shampoo and Conditioner are 70-100% natural origin, up to 99% biodegradable and are free of silicons, sulfates and artificial colors. Nour Tayara, VP of Marketing at Biolage, took the stage at the 2017 Sustainable Brands conference to explain what this change means for L'Oréal and to announce that the products had achieved Cradle to Cradle SILVER certification based on an evaluation of their material health, renewable energy and carbon management, water stewardship and social fairness.In Nour's own words, he and his team are on a mission to show the world that, "Doing good makes looking good much, much better."
